Recently we were talking about our Skills Portfolio. This is a valuable tool that we create according to our studies, knowledge and experience. All of our partners have access to it.
The idea behind this tool is to integrate several aspects of the work experience in a unique document, which is given to the students’ mentors in order to evaluate the students’ performance on the job.
This instrument can be used like a “point” evaluation to calculate on the total average of the document or just like a general indicator. It really depends on how partners would like to evaluate the students.
We also advice students to keep this portfolio as Annex for their Curriculum, because it will definitely add value to the overall mobility experience but in particularly to the working experience.
