Maybe you wonder what exactly it means? So sometimes in the middle of the mobility, the coordinator of project or headmaster decide to visit students during their stay and check how  they cope with living abroad, work placement, host families etc.
Together we visit the host companies, we speak with the Tutors and as always we take a memorial photo.
But it’s also a great opportunity to speak with representatives of school and get know more our partners. Together we can organize and speak about following mobilities and as well exchange our ideas/experience.

Like yesterday… we had a great opportunity to meet Mrs Pia and her colleague from Uddevalla School (Sweden). They´ve already been in our agency in Cork and this week came to Málaga, where six students from Uddevalla School soon will finish their interships.
They are from child care and administration sector. They’ve been working in Spanish companies for 4 weeks and they’re doing great!

We are really happy to continue our collaboration with this school and next year we will host Swedish students again.

So what does the monitoring visit mean? It is a great opportunity for our partners to meet the companies, to develop our cooperation and to work together.
This year we hosted around 30 teachers at Tribeka Training Lab for monitoring visits.

For our Team it was a very important experience, it helped us to understand better the needs of our partners and helped improved our job.

So Dear Teachers thank you for your cooperation and see you in 2019!
